Receta Crispy Parmesan Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. croutons
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 2 1/2 to 3 pound frying chicken, cut up
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Put croutons, cheese and parsley in blender or possibly food processor. Blend till croutons are fine crumbs. Dip chicken in butter, roll in crumb mix. Place pcs, skin side up, in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs. Bake without turning at 375 degrees till tender, about 45 min to 1 hour. 4 servings.
