- 1 pound turkey, cut up
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. corn flakes crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Mix Bisquick, corn flake crumbs, chili pwdr, oregano leaves and pepper. Roll turkey in Large eggs, then corn flake mix. Cook in butter till golden brown.
