Receta Cristina's Chicken Cutlets And Broccoli Puree

Ingredientes
- 8 x Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 c. Seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 x Large eggs - beaten
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 x Lemons, juice of Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Directions : Lb. chicken breasts till thin. Dredge each breast in flour and shake off excess. Dip breasts in egg and let drain a bit.
- Coat each breast with bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil and butter in large skillet. Saute/fry the breasts for about 2 min on each side till golden brown. Serve with squeezed lemon.
