Ingredientes
- 2 lb Beef round steak*
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 c. Raisins
- 2 x Apples,peeled, cored, sliced
- 1 c. Diced onion
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 can Beef broth (14 ounce)
- 2 x Apples**
- 1 x Fluffy rice

- * Or possibly lean stewing beef, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes** unpeeled, cored, and finely choppedWipe beef well. Mix flour and curry pwdr. Coat meat cubes with flour mix. Place meat in crock-pot. Add in garlic, raisins, sliced apples, onion, salt and pepper. Pour in broth and stir to blend.
- Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hrs or possibly till meat is tender. Before serving, stir in additional curry pwdr to taste (up to 1tablespoon) and minced apples. Serve over warm rice. 6 to 8 servings (about 2-1/2 qts)
