Receta Beef And Mushroom Stuffed Shells

Ingredientes
- 8 lg. pasta shells
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1/4 c. dry red wine
- 2 T tomato paste
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed
- 3/4 pound lean grnd beef or possibly turkey burger
- 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 med. onion, minced (1/2 c.)
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions till al dente; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again.In a medium saucepan put together undrained tomatoes, wine, tomato paste, cornstarch, oregano and fennel. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; set aside.
