- 3-4 pound roast
- 3-4 bay leaves
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 14 ounce. catsup
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. pickling spice
- 30 ginger snaps
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients in pot. Put sufficient water to cover meat. Cook slow 6 to 8 hrs. Remove meat; slice. Put gravy through food mill. Put meat back into gravy.
