Receta Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore Tried

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 lb chicken
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 4 Tbsp. veg. oil
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped
- 3 whl onion sliced
- 1 c. green pepper diced
- 1 can tomato
- 8 ounce tomato paste
- 2 whl chicken bouillon cube crushed
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 whl bay leaf crumbled
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
Direcciones
- Wash and dry chicken pcs; shake in bag with flour, salt and paprika. Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken pcs. Remove chicken and drain on paper towels. Saute/fry peppers and onions till soft but not brown. Add in garlic and saute/fry for 30 seconds more. Layer chicken and vegetable mix in removable liner. Add in remaining ingredients. Place liner in base and cover. Cook on auto for 4-5 hrs, low 6-8 hrs or possibly high for 3-4 hrs.
