Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Chicken Breast Halves Without Skin cut in 1" cubes
- 4 ounce Low-fat Kielbasa cut in 1" slices
- 1 c. reduced Calorie Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Creole Seasoning
- 2 c. tomatoes or possibly 16 ounce canned tomatoes
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 c. minced celery
- 14 ounce chicken Broth
- 1 c. rice
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except rice in 3 1/2 to 4-qt crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low 6-7 hrs. Stir in rice. Cover and cook on low 30- 45 min.
