Quickest, easiest chicken parmesan ever!

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp hot red pepper flakes
  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 24 oz Prego spaghetti sauce (he only used 2 cups, but we all thought it needed the extra cup)
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
  • 4 oz Parmesan, grated
  • 5oz croutons (Italian or Garlic flavored)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place olive oil and garlic on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
  3. Add red pepper flakes
  4. Add chicken breasts in a single layer
  5. Top with spaghetti sauce
  6. Sprinkle with chopped basil
  7. Add half the mozarella and half the parmesan cheese
  8. Layer with croutons
  9. Top with remaining cheeses.
  10. Bake for 40 minutes. (he said 35 but that wasn't enough for mine)
