Receta Crouton Chicken Parmesan
Quickest, easiest chicken parmesan ever!
Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp hot red pepper flakes
- 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 24 oz Prego spaghetti sauce (he only used 2 cups, but we all thought it needed the extra cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
- 4 oz Parmesan, grated
- 5oz croutons (Italian or Garlic flavored)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place olive oil and garlic on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
- Add red pepper flakes
- Add chicken breasts in a single layer
- Top with spaghetti sauce
- Sprinkle with chopped basil
- Add half the mozarella and half the parmesan cheese
- Layer with croutons
- Top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 40 minutes. (he said 35 but that wasn't enough for mine)
