Receta Microwave Chicken Parmesan
Ingredientes
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 1 can (8-oz) tomato sauce
- oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Beat egg with water. Dip chicken in bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese and paprika, then in egg and again in bread crumb mixture.
- Coat bottom of 8-inch square baking dish with 1 Tablespoon oil. Place chicken in dish; sprinkle with remaining oil.
- Cook at High 3-4 minutes; turn chicken and cook an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Top with tomato sauce and season with oregano. Cook at High 10-12 minutes, or until sauce is hot. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and let stand, covered, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
