  1. Method:1. Mix the white sugar and the cinnamon together in a small bowl. Layer apples then sugar mix. Then repeat the layering till out of apples.
  2. 2. Mix together the flour and brown sugar and cinnamon and butter. Use a fork till it becomes crumbly. Sprinkle mix on top of apples.
  3. 3. Bake in a preheated 425 degree F (220 degree C) oven for 40-50 min. Cover the top for the remaining 15 min to avoid over browning.
  4. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
  5. Apple pie with a sweet crumb topping.
