Receta Crunchy Garden Salsa

Ingredientes
- 2 x cloves garlic, peeled, trimmed and chopped Healthy pinch of salt
- 3 med tomatoes, cut into bite-size chunks
- 1 x sweet onion, peeled, trimmed and diced
- 2 x carrots, grated
- 1 x green bell pepper, trimmed and chopped
- 1 x red bell pepper, trimmed and chopped
- 1 x fresh chili pepper, your favorite, trimmed and chopped (optional, or possibly very mild to please little kids, see note)
- 1 x lemon or possibly lime, juiced
Direcciones
- In a bowl, using the back of a spoon, crush the chopped garlic with the salt.
- Add in the tomatoes, onion, carrots, bell peppers, chili pepper and lemon or possibly lime juice. Stir and taste to see if you want more salt. Cover and chill.
- Serve with burritos or possibly chips, or possibly the usual cast of characters which go with salsa at your house.
- Note: Wear gloves when handling fresh, canned, dry or possibly pickled chilies; the oils can cause a burning sensation on your skin.
