Receta Crunchy Sugar Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. cornflakes or possibly Wheaties
- 1 c. quick oats
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
Direcciones
- Mix together both sugars and cream with butter. Beat in Large eggs, vanilla, oil, and lowfat milk. Add in and mix flour, soda, and salt. Add in remainder of ingredients and mix well.
- Put in refrigerator till easy to handle. Make into balls the size of walnuts. Place on cookie sheet. Press down with flat, greased bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
