Ingredientes
- 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 5 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. plain flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Grease and flour 9 inch pie plate, making sure all areas are well coated. Put all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend till well blended. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 min or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean.
