Receta Crustless Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
Direcciones
- Combine first 7 ingredients in container of electric blender and process for 10 seconds. Stir in coconut. Pour into a buttered 9" deep dish pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till set. (Pie will puff, then fall slightly.) Cold. Refrigeratethoroughly.
