Receta Crustless Vegetable Quiche

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. bag frzn mixed vegetables
- 4 beaten Large eggs
- 8 ounce. shredded cheddar or possibly Jack cheese
- 1 c. half & half
- 1 teaspoon each of: basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic salt, chopped onion
Direcciones
- Cook vegetables as directed, drain. Add in cheese and all seasonings and toss to mix. Mix half and half and Large eggs. Place vegetables in a 9 x 13 inch pan or possibly two 9 inch pie plates. Pour egg mix over vegetables and bake at 375 degrees for 35 min. Serves: 8 to 10.
