Receta Crusty Topped Baked Fish

Ingredientes
- 1 pound fish fillets
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 tbsp. finely cut parsley
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 1 1/2 qt shallow baking dish. Place fish in dish. Sprinkle with flour, seasonings and parsley. Combine lowfat milk, butter, and crumbs. Spread over fish. Bake for 25 min or possibly till top is browned. Serves 4.
