Receta Cucumber Raita (Sambal)

Ingredientes
- 2 x cucumbers
- 1 c. lowfat yoghurt, natural
- 1/2 tsp ginger, crushed
- 1/10 tsp chilli pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. mint, minced
Direcciones
- Grate cucumbers, put into a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Refrigeratefor 1 hour, drain thoroughly. Fold in natural yogurt, mint, salt to taste and a healthy pinch each of garam masala and chilli pwdr.
