Chives, Fresh or Dry 4tbsp Chopped
Sugar, Granulated 3tbsp
White Vinegar 3tbsp
Tabasco Sauce 2tbsp Salt and Pepper To Taste

To make sauce, peel and de-seed the cucumber and chop finely. Add white vinegar, sugar, Chives, tabasco sause. Then fold in sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
