Receta Cupcake Cones

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3 x Large eggs
- 30 sm flat-bottomed ice cream cones
- 5 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine softened
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 tsp almond extract sprinkles and candies to decorate
Direcciones
- For cupcakes, preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients according to cake mix package directions. Fill each cone with about 2 - 1/2 Tablespoons of batter. Place cones about 3 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted in center of cupcake comes out clean. Cold completely. For icing: beat all ingredients together in a large bowl till smooth. Ice each cupcake with about 1 Tablespoons icing. Before icing hardens, decorate with sprinkles and candies.
