Ingredientes
- 2 x Apples, cored and cubed
- 1 c. Celery, minced
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, coarsely minced
- 1/4 c. Soy mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Vegan lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Curry pwdr, Lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- Combine apple, celery, raisins, and walnuts; toss lightly to mix. combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and curry pwdr, mixing well.
- Pour the sauce mix over apple mix; stir gently, coating apples thoroughly. Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl; garnish with apple wedges, if you like.
