Receta Curried Chicken And Broccoli Topping

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Chopped scallion
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 12 ounce Boneless skinless chicken breast cut thin slivers, and seasoned with
- 1 tsp Curry pwdr along with Salt and also Cayenne pepper to taste
- 2 c. Broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. Chicken broth combined with
- 2 tsp Cornstarch Fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 x servings Warm cooked pasta
Direcciones
- In a large skillet heat the oil over moderately-high heat till warm. Add in the scallion, ginger and garlic and cook the mix, stirring, 30 seconds. Add in the seasoned chicken and cook the mix, stirring, till no longer pink. Add in the broccoli and cook, stirring, 1 minute more. Add in the broth and bring the liquid to a boil, stirring. Simmer, stirring, till lightly thickened. Season with lemon juice and stir in cilantro. Serve over pasta.
