Receta Curried Lentils With Spinach

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Lentils
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 lb Spinach leaves, washed, stemmed & minced
- 14 ounce Can plum tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Tamari
- 2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Direcciones
- Wash lentils. Cook until tender but hard. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large pot & when warm add in garlic. Saute/fry for 1 minute. Add in spinach leaves & steam until they wilt. Add in lentils & rest of ingredients. Cover & simmer for 15 min. Serve over rice.
