Receta Curried Prawns

Ingredientes
- 60 gm butter
- 1 x onion, minced
- 1 x green apple, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp curry pwdr
- 3 x heaped dsp flour
- 350 ml lowfat milk
- 350 ml water
- 1 x salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Put butter, onion, apple & curry pwdr in a frypan and cook for 3 mins. Add in flour, and cook for 1 minutes. Add in combined water & lowfat milk gradually, stir till it thickens. Add in prawns & salt & pepper. Heat through.
