Receta Curried Rice With Chicken And Walnuts

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Canola oil
- 2 ounce Coarsely minced Ca. walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
- 1 c. Low-sodium chicken broth
- 5 ounce Chicken breast, cubed (skinless, boneless)
- 1 c. Unsweetened applesauce
- 4 ounce Aromatic rice
- 1/2 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
Direcciones
- In medium nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add in next 5 ingredients and stir-fry 2 min. Add in chicken broth, stirring till smooth. Add in chicken and applesauce; cook 3 min more.
- Add in rice and 1 c. water to pan; simmer, covered, 15 min; stir 2-3 times, till rice is cooked. Remove from heat; stir in yogurt.
