Receta Curried Salmon Over Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can liquid removed salmon
- 1/3 c. minced green onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4 c. warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- In a small saucepan saute/fry onions in butter. Add in curry pwdr. Stir in lowfat sour cream and gently mix in salmon. Heat thoroughly, but don't boil. Serve over warm cooked rice.
