Ingredientes
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, cleaned
- 1/4 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
- 1 tbsp. aromatic curry pwdr (Sharwood's is good)
- Bamboo skewers
Direcciones
- Marinate shrimp in salad dressing for 2 hrs or possibly more. Soak skewers in water. Skewer shrimp on two skewers, railroad track style to prevent curling. Sprinkle with curry pwdr. Broil or possibly barbecue till shrimp are done.
