  • 1 apple, minced
  • 1/2 c. halved grapes
  • 1 tbsp. minced green onion
  • 3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (reduced fat)
  • 1 c. cooked and liquid removed bow tie pasta

Direcciones

  1. Mix dressing and curry till well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate2 hrs. Serve on lettuce lined plates. 5-6 servings. This recipe is excellent made with chunk chicken also!
