Ingredientes

  • 2 doz big Yabbie tails
  • 250 gm (1/2lb) margarine
  • 2 stk celery, minced
  • 1 lrg onion, diced
  • 1 x red or possibly green capsicum, sliced
  • 1 sm tin pineapple
  • 1 x carrot, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr
  • 1 x tin tomato soup
  • 1 dsp soya sauce rice salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Place margarine in frying pan or possibly camp oven on slow heat.
  2. Put celery, onion, capsicum, carrot and pineapple into frying pan for 30 min stirring occasionally.
  3. Add in curry pwdr and keep stirring so it won't stick or possibly burn.
  4. Cook for about 10 min then add in the tomato soup to make a good bubbling mix.
  5. Add in salt and pepper and soya sauce. If too thick add in some pineapple juice.
  6. Put in yabbie tails and let simmer over slow heat for one hour.
  7. Serve with boiled rice.
