Receta Curry Vegetable Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. rice
- 1/2 c. peas
- 1/4 c. French dressing
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. cauliflowerettes
- 1/2 c. radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
Direcciones
- Cook rice and peas. toss together with French dressing; chill. Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt, curry pwdr, dry mustard, pepper and cauliflower. Chill. Just before serving, combine rice mix and curry mix with radishes and celery. Serve on lettuce. Makes 8 servings.
