- 3 c. Ketchup
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Tarragon Vinegar
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Cayenne
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10 min. Stir frequently. Allow to cold down to room temperature. Brush the mix on the pork during the final phase of cooking; if using indirect heat, you may use it a mop.
