Receta Danish Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt (you can also add in some cinnamon and vanilla, but not to much)
- 3 x Spoons beer
Direcciones
- Hot lowfat milk and stir in the sifted flour. Stir in a little melted butter, then the Large eggs, sugar, salt and last the rest of the the melted butter and beer. Pour the lot into a jug.
- Heat a little butter in a pan and pour in just a very little of the batter so which it spreads out proportionately in a thin layer covering the whole of the bottom of pan. Fry pale and crisp on both sides. Serve as warm as possible whit sugar and raspberry jam.
