Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Ghirardelli Sweet Dark Chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 c. Grnd or possibly minced almonds or possibly walnuts
Direcciones
- DIRECTIONS: In small, heavy saucepan or possibly microwave oven on medium, heat broken chocolate with butter. Stir frequently till smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in lowfat milk, syrup and vanilla. Place 9" cake layer on rack over a baking sheet. When glaze is cold, pour onto center of cake. Let glaze run down sides. Use spatula to smooth glaze and coat sides. Decorate side of cake with nuts. Refrigerateabout 10 min to set glaze.
