Receta Dark Rum Spare Ribs

Ingredientes
- 6 lb spare ribs
- 1 c. dark rum
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. brown sugar - (to 2/3)
- 1/4 c. strong Dijon mustard - (to 1/3)
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (or possibly other warm sauce)
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Mix the rum, oil, sugar, mustard, Tabasco, and pepper in a deep bowl. Add in the ribs and let them marinate for 3 to 4 hrs, tossing them now and again, to coat them well.
- Prepare the grill and get the coals good and warm. Cook the ribs slowly, for about 1 hour, turning often and basting each turn with the marinade, till dark brown and cooked through.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
