Ingredientes
- 1 c. Seedless dates, cut into fine pcs
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Ghee
- 1/2 c. Cashewnuts, cut into fine pcs & fried
- 25 gm Pistachio nuts, minced
Direcciones
- Mix together lowfat milk, sugar and dates. Keep this mix to boil. When boiling, add in ghee. Then add in 1/4 c. of cashewnuts. Cook on slow fire until the mix is almost dry and the halwa is formed. Remove from fire, spread it on a dish and add in the rememing 1/4 c. of cashewnuts. Garnish with the minced pistachio nuts.
