Ingredientes
- 2 pkt (16 squares) semi-sweet baking chocolate, divided
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coarsely chop 8 squares (1 package) of the chocolate; set aside. Microwave remaining 8 squares in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min. Stir till chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in sugar, butter, Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in reserved chocolate and nuts. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 13 min or possibly till cookies are puffed and feel set to the touch. Cold on cookie sheet 1 minute. Transfer to wire rack to cold completely.
- Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
