Receta Deep Dish Taco

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/2 minced onion
- 16 ounce. tomato sauce
- 1/2 pkg. taco mix
- Green peppers, olives, mushrooms, and green onions (optional)
- 8 tomato slices
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or possibly mixed)
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger and onion; drain fat. Add in sauce and taco mix. Mix Bisquick and water; pat into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, pushing dough up the sides also. Pour meat mix over dough. Sprinkle with your choice of optional ingredients. Place tomato slices in pan. Mix together lowfat sour cream and shredded cheeses. Drop in a mound on each tomato slice. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
