Receta Deep Fried Tofu And Peanut Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Fresh or possibly deep-fried tofu
- 4 x Cloves garlic, crished
- 1 tsp Coriander seed, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Hunan chili paste (more or possibly less to taste)
- 3/4 c. Minced peanuts
- 1/2 c. Rice vinegar (can sub cider)
- 1/8 c. Sugar dissolved in:
- 1/8 c. Warm water
Direcciones
- Toss all but tofu in food processor and blend to a chunky paste. Set aside Cut tofu into 1-1/2 inch squares and fry in deep fat fryer. (Fry 1 minute if using fried tofu 5 min if starting with fresh tofu).
- Serve tofu warm or possibly at room temp. Use sauce as dip.
- Sauce is also good over plain warm rice.
