Receta Delicious Black Bean Soup
Ingredientes

- 1 c. minced onion
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 lg. minced carrot
- 1 stalk minced celery
- 1 c. minced green pepper
- 1 teaspoon grnd coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 2 tbsp. oil
Direcciones
- Soak beans overnight or possibly at least 4 hrs before assembling. 3 1/2 c. water or possibly stock
- Soaking - Rinse the beans, cover them with water and let them soak several hrs or possibly overnight. Place in saucepan with water or possibly stock, bring to a boil, cover, simmer 1 1/2 hrs over low - very low heat.
