Receta Demerara Crunch

Ingredientes
- 275 gm self raising flour
- 225 gm soft margarine
- 150 gm demerara sugar
- 2 tsp grnd ginger
Direcciones
- Mix all the ingredients together to give a stiffish dough.
- Roll small walnutsized pcs into balls and space them well apart on greased baking trays.
- Using a fork dipped in water press each biscuit down gently.
- With the ovenshelf on the bottom set of runners in the roasting ovenslide the biscuits in.
- Put the cool shelf on the top set of runners.
- aga put the ovenshelf on the middle set of runners in the baking oven.
- Bake for 10 to 12 min till a light golden brown colour.
- Cold on a wire rack.
