Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 T flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon butter
Direcciones
- Mix flour, sugar, baking pwdr, butter, vanilla, egg, lowfat milk, baking soda and cocoa all together. Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Then cool.Filling: Heat lowfat milk, cornstarch and flour on low till it comes to a paste. Put in refrigerator till cool. Beat vanilla sugar, Crisco and butter till fluffy. Beat by hand with lowfat milk mix from refrigerator. Cut devil dogs lengthwise and add in filling to middle.
