Ingredientes
- 3 lg. Large eggs
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 1/2 c. unbleached white flour
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Beat together Large eggs, butter and pineapple juice. Add in flour, soda, baking pwdr and spices. Beat well. Stir in grated carrots and mix well. Pour mix into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Mix liquid removed pineapple and cinnamon and sprinkle over cake mix. Bake 25-30 min at 350 degrees or possibly till brown.
