Ingredientes
- 4 sm. pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. flour
- Pepper (optional)
- Parsley flakes (optional)
Direcciones
- Lightly sprinkle pork chops with the 2 Tbsp. flour and pepper lightly. Brown in Teflon skillet sprayed with Pam coating. Place in baking dish. Pour cream of mushroom soup over chops and 1 1/2 cans of water. Sprinkle with parsley flakes if you like. Cover tightly with lid or possibly foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Serve with potatoes or possibly rice.
