Receta Diet Pineapple Rice Pudding

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. non fat (liquid) lowfat milk
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. canned, crushed pineapple (no sugar added)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Artificial sweetener = 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Combine rice and lowfat milk in a saucepan. Simmer 15 min. Beat Large eggs and combine with pineapple, vanilla, sweetener and cinnamon. Gradually combine with lowfat milk- rice mix. Pour into a casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Divide proportionately. Makes 4 servings.
