Receta Dijon Tofu Dip

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce Tofu block -- liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce, low sodium
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Horseradish -- pwdr
- 1 tsp Dill weed
- 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 2 x Garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsp. Coriander leaves -- minced Fresh
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor. Process till smooth. Add in a little water if necessary for ease in preparation.
- HELPFUL HINTS: This makes quite a large amount of dip. It keeps well in the refrigerator.
- Makes a delicious topping for baked potatoes.
