Receta Dinner Beef With Chestnuts, Pears And Almonds

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x Tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and minced
- 1 x Clove garlic
- 1 ounce Stale bread
- 4 ounce Grnd almonds
- 1/2 pt Dry white wine
- 8 ounce Chestnuts, peeled and minced
- 3 x Pears, poached in red wine
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a heavy pan and fry the tomatoes till soft. Grind together the garlic and bread in a mortar and pestle, and add in to the tomatoes with the grnd almonds. Pour in the white wine, stir and reduce to the consistency of thick gravy. Add in the chestnuts. Core and roughly chop the pears, add in to the pan and heat through. Serve with the beef.
