  1. Preheat oven to 350*. Drain Pineapple, reserve juice. Spray 20 large muffin c. w/ pam.
  2. Mix margarine, and br.sugar; spoon into bottom of prepared c.. Place pineapple slice on top.
  3. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, EXCEPT- replace water with reserved pineapple juice.
  4. Pour proportionately into c.. Bake 20-25 min. Cold. Invert onto serving platter.
  5. NOTES : We have a friend which loves Pineapple Upside-Down cake, but his favorite part is the sides of the cake with all the juice and whatnot. This is a perfect solution.
