Ingredientes
- 500 g pork shoulder, 1/2 bun, 160g cooked jacket potatoes, 2 dl milk, salt, pepper, 2 eggs, a piece of lemon peel, 150g breadcrumbs, oil
Direcciones
- Meat, bread roll soaked in milk and spun potatoes peeled and finely minced. A mixture of salt and pepper, add one egg, shredded lemon zest and stir well. The mixture formed patties to coat in beaten egg and bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil on both sides.
