Receta Don't Peek Beef Stew

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. cubed stew beef, do not brown.
- Raw carrots, cut up
- Potatoes, cut up
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 sm. can mushrooms and juice
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tbsp. tapioca
- 1 tbsp. salt and pepper (or possibly less)
Direcciones
- Put everything into a small roaster. Mix well and cover. Bake for 5 hrs at 250 degrees. Don't peek. This is good.
