Receta Dorothy's Real Apple Pancake

Ingredientes
- 2 green apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 2 tbsp. cinnamon
- Lemon (opt.)
Direcciones
- In 10" or possibly 12" oven proof skillet, saute/fry the apples in four Tbsp. butter till soft. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk and flour together. Pour egg mix over apples and bake at 500 degrees till it puffs up and browns around edges, about 10 min. Heat 1/4 c. butter and pour over baked pancake. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix and return to oven for 5 min or possibly till sugar melts. If you like, squeeze lemon over and serve.
